Does it actually follow the music?

In Listen live, it listens and attempts to adjust. It compares microphone audio with the selected prepared score, estimates your place and tempo, and schedules your part. Practice follows the tempo slider instead.

It can lose its place on real choir audio. A high pitch-pattern match does not guarantee the right measure. It won’t recognize an unprepared song, reliably isolate your voice, or predict a conductor’s restart after silence. Use the starting-measure control and matching score arrangement. WELCOME TO YOUR SESSION

A little help.
Your own voice.

CantoCue plays your choir part so you can find your notes and stay in the harmony.

  1. Choose your part. Soprano, alto, tenor, or bass.
  2. Choose your help. Hear the full line, or short cues at phrase openings and after rests. Cues sound on the entrance, not before it.
  3. Press play. Practice follows the tempo slider. Turn on the ensemble to hear how your part fits.
Want to try live listening?

Use another device to play the selected piece in the same arrangement, select Listen live, and allow the microphone. This experiment matches the full harmony to the prepared score. Tests on two real choir recordings improved tracking, but the guide still holds when uncertain. Phone microphone and earbud timing need testing. Explore the measured results ↗
